A neat picture...

I finished up my photography class 2 days before we went on vacation. I really learned a lot.....and really learned so much about my camera. One being.....I WANT A NEW LENS!
anyway, here's a cool pic...we came back from the beach with a bunch of mushrooms growing in our yard. I got down, up close and personal......and here's what the picture looks like.

except for Hanna and her rain on Saturday, we had perfect beach weather.

Hanna oh Hanna..........

so Hurrican Hanna is really messing up our beach plans.......we wanted to leave Saturday morning and the Outer Banks is only 3 hours from Richmond. But looks like Hanna would like to delay us a bit......we're keeping our eye to the weather and as soon as we can get down there on Sat, we'll go!! Hanna.....GO AWAY!!
