Two things.......

First........did you know that you can get your blog printed into a book? with pictures? How cool is that......I want mine printed up, by the year. If anyone has had this done, please let me know what service you used. I've been checking around and I'm not sure which to go with.

Second......again, I'm on my quest to lose the "no smoking" and the "lovely menopause" weight! I started on Friday.....trying to stay very close to 1200 calories a day and I've been walking each day with Chrissy. I found a really neat website where you track your calories and calories burned......and it gives you advice. So far so good.....we'll see how long this last!

Third.....oh yeah, there is a third......I have a new great niece. Born early this am in San Antonio, Texas. Little Miss Allie.....I'll get to see her in February when we all go to Atlanta.

that's it...nothing else much going on

later.....

Congrats on the new family member! Let me know which printing services you're looking into...I'd be interested too. The kids love stories about themselves so that may be fodder for bedtime. :)

Good luck on the weight loss..I've got to get back on track. It's been hard since eating all I wanted especially the cookies during the holidays. Congrats on the new little one! Connie

I know that a couple of people do this. I think Becky Higgins had something on her blog today http://www.beckyhiggins.com/blog/
Check it out, maybe you can visit them.
I just got a new pilates machine, and I have to say, it is fun to use! We'll have to be rooting for each other, my friend! I used to do the Sparkle webswite, I really liked it when I was trying to diet.
And still, prayers going your family's way in TX.
Hugs, my friend!

I hear you on trying to lose the extra. Too many sugary sweets over the holidays. I too have been watching what I eat and I'm beginning to see some results.

Hope your niece is quickly improving.

One day last week I told my husband that I wish I could have my blog printed in a book to preserve it somewhat! Then I find your blog on the very subject please post when you find out more. I will follow your blog to keep my eyes open for it.
